Eagle's Talon

My goodness. I experienced two open visions within a few hours of each other this morning. But I must provide the backstories that led to the open visions.

BACKSTORY 1: I was awoken out of my sleep around 12:00 a.m. and tossed and turned for about an hour when I decided to get up to pour into my spirit. I spent about 15 to 20 minutes reading The Supernatural Power of a Transformed Mind by Bill Johnson. Then I listened and downloaded two podcasts by Bill – Trusting the Trustworthy One and Prophecies Are Weapons of Warfare. Which I remembered a prophetic word spoken over me that was in our Business Plan that I had not read in a while that tied into Jeremiah 23:29 and 3 John 2-3. So, I read, meditated and prayed over this prophetic word for some time. Then, I read 1 Timothy 1 and made some extra notes in my Bible in the Book of Nehemiah in chapters 4 and 6. I finished up around 4 a.m. and went to sleep.

BACKSTORY 2: Around 6 a.m., my roommate woke me with a special request. I responded and went immediately back to sleep. Shortly afterward, I sensed an Angel presence entered my room. The Angel was encouraging me to get up and go worship. And I responded, “ok, later. After I get up.” Then the Angel gave me this response.

First Open Vision

Your Father heard your prayers. He has gracefully given you music without any effort from you. Now you must earn the kind of music you are desiring to write by doing your part. YOU MUST WORSHIP. How do you think Bethel has earned the kind of music they write. THEY WORSHIP GOD!

Of course, I immediately sat up and was awaken by those words. I sat there for a minute to make sure I did experience what I did. So, I got up and headed to my private worship area. Turn on Bethel Music on YouTube and begin to worship. At some point, a brother came up on the stage to declare a prayer over the congregation. But what I heard was a song from his prayer. So, I sat down and wrote a new song I call When Heaven Comes.

Once I was done, I went back to worship and had an open vision like no other.

Second Open Vision

I saw an angel flying in heaven's sky acrobatically with lightening-like speed. Eventually, this angel approached a pillow of cloud and step onto it. As it did, the white robe it was wearing flew back into the wind and I could see its eagle legs. Then suddenly, the angel opens her wings wide as if she was stretching. My eyes immediately looked upward. And what I saw next shocked me. The angel with its eagle-like body had a human face, which I recognized. IT WAS ME! My face was on this angel’s eagle body, and I stared in amazement. As my eyes scrolled down, I noticed it had talon as feet.

The angel took a few steps forward and appeared to be talking to someone, whom I could not see. Then the angel took off at great speed.

Her flight was in a downward direction. As I watched, I could tell the angel was looking for something. Then suddenly, in an acrobatically style, it swoops down and grabbed something with her talons and quickly changed her path in an upward direction. She appeared again near the pillow clouds where I originally saw her. But, instead of stopping, she flew to the top of this pillow of cloud and opened her talons and dropped an object from her feet. She quickly changed direction again and flew back downward, repeating the same behavior. This time I can tell she had entered the earth’s atmosphere searching. I could see people. Lots of people who looked like babies. I saw the eagle focused her eyes on a particular location. She swooped down and again with her talons grabbed a baby that was glued stuck to this black gooey like substance. When she flew upward with the baby in her talons, she had to pull with much force to remove the infant out of the demon like tar.

Again, she flew upward toward the pillow of cloud. This time when she dropped the baby, I got a glimpse of a bright light at the top of the cloud. The angel was retrieving babies from the earth and dropping them off in heaven. Presenting each child of God back to the safe arms of the Father.  

Interpretation:

• The black tar represented two things. (1) Demonic strongholds. (2) The messiness of people’s lives – sin, addictions, sexual sins, etc.
• The infants represented people who are at an age of accountability that is caught up in all sorts of ungodly sins.
• The eagle’s talons represented God’s mercy and grace as well as freedom from bondage.
• The acrobatically movement with lightning-like speed represented the movement of genuine Christians whose heart is purely motivated to help people get free from their strongholds outside of the church’s building walls. These are God’s chosen ones who go out and are proactively searching for the lost.
